About Train Track Connect for Kids
Train Track Connect is a Premium logic puzzle for PlayPuzzle members aged 4 to 10. Every board is a grid of railway tiles, and each tap turns a track a quarter turn. The goal is to build one continuous line from the start station to the chequered flag. Track that joins the station lights up the moment it connects, and a red buffer stop shows exactly where the line runs out, so a child can always see what to fix next. When the line is complete, a train drives the exact route the child built, puffing steam and lighting up every tile it passes. Fifty handcrafted levels grow from gentle three by three meadows, where one tap solves the puzzle, to five by five night rides. Along the way the game introduces curves, spare tracks, junctions with dead ends, crossings where the line crosses itself, and boards with more than one way through. Every level is checked by an automatic solver, so every one can be solved and the target number of turns is always the true best. Stars reward careful thinking rather than speed, and they unlock new trains in the Train Yard, from a puffy steam engine to a rainbow magic express.

How to Play
- Press Start playing, or pick a train line and a stop on the map.
- Tap a track to turn it a quarter turn. On a computer, right-click or press Shift and Enter to turn it the other way.
- Track lights up when it joins the station. Follow the lit track and fix the next piece.
- A red buffer stop shows where the line runs out. Turn a track to fill the gap.
- Join the station 🚉 to the flag 🏁 and the train drives the line you built.
- Press Hint to see which track to turn, and press it again to have it turned for you. Undo takes back a turn for free.

What age is Train Track Connect for?
Train Track Connect is designed for ages 4 to 10. The first meadow levels are three by three boards where one or two turns finish the line, and later lines grow to five by five boards with junctions and crossings.
Can every level be solved?
Yes. Every level is drawn by hand as a finished railway, then scrambled, and an automatic solver proves it can be solved and works out the fewest turns needed.
What happens if my child gets stuck?
Hint lights up the next track to turn, and pressing Hint again turns it for them. Hints always build on what your child has already done. Undo and Restart are always available, and there are no lives, timers or fail screens.
How are stars awarded?
Stars depend on how few turns a level took and how many hints were used, never on speed. Every finished level earns at least one star, and stars unlock new trains in the Train Yard.
Does it work on a phone or tablet?
Yes. Tiles are large and a single tap turns a track. The board fills the screen in portrait and the controls move to the side in landscape.
Does progress save?
Progress saves on the device, including a half-finished board, and it is also synced with your PlayPuzzle account when you are signed in.
Is Train Track Connect free?
No. It is a Premium PlayPuzzle game and playing requires an active PlayPuzzle Premium sign-in. This public game guide stays available to everyone.
